    Common problems TPI's face with onboarding suppliers

    Managing your supplier panel as a TPI can be very difficult. From both the TPI and the supplier side, it's difficult to justify the investment in building a relationship if you are not writing enough business to warrant it. When they do onboard directly with a supplier, TPI's are often in a position where they're not in a strong position commercially to negotiate the terms they want around commissions, payments and service levels.
